What You Can Do
As an individual, there are many opportunities that you have to help end homelessness. Homeless shelters will always except donations. If you want to get more involved than that. You can volunteer at homeless shelters, food banks, and cloth banks. You could be a tutor for a homeless kid, bake bread, play with kids in a nursery, and many other things. Habitat for Humanity is an organization that helps build houses for homeless families. My family an I have been there few times to help build houses. The people there are very nice and our help is always appriciated.
